Balancing, AI improvements and new monster visuals

Increased attack speed for shotguns and carbines.

AI improvements: Previously, AI struggled with large enemy groups and tended to get stuck. This has been optimized, making AI smarter in handling crowded situations.
-
New monster visuals: A new enemy appearance has been added. Currently, it is a static image, but animations are in progress.
